Refund policy

 

Right of return

We grant a 14-day right of return after receipt of the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, proceed as follows:

1. Pack your First Line product in the original packaging or in another appropriately sized box

2. Use the pre-printed return shipping label (the label is only valid for your current First Line return shipment)

3. Hand in the parcel at your local post office


We will refund you the money for the returned product upon receipt. The prerequisite for the refund is that the goods are returned to First Line in good condition, i.e. in their original condition, without damage and without signs of use. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment method with which you purchased the product. As an environmentally conscious company, we do not offer free returns. Please note that return shipping costs of CHF 16 will be charged. The return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and fix the problem.


Exchange

Returning the item you received is the quickest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
