Shipping

All orders are sent by Swiss Post as insured parcels with tracking. Orders received from Monday to Friday before 10 a.m. (Central European Time) will be processed on the same working day.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery at any time. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated.

Delivery costs and shipping time

Shipping is free of charge for you.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are usually made within 2 to 5 working days after your order has been processed.
